Click on "My Blogtalkradio".
Under "My BlogTalkRadio" on your left click on the "My Account" tab.
Click on "Add/Edit an Episode"
Click on the "Archived Episodes" tab
Look for the title of the episode that you want to delete (erase)
In front of the title of the episode click on the trash can
Voila, it is deleted (erased)

For further training go to Home, click on Help, then click on "Blogtalkradio 101". Click on all the links and watch and listen to the screne casts. That should get you a good start.
